How We Charge For Services

Our fee for design work is modest compared to the total cost of construction. We like to remind clients that a well designed home not only provides greater value for your construction dollar but creates long term savings by significantly reducing what is referred to as life cycle building costs. When viewed from that perspective, design fees are one of the few remaining bargains in construction.

We bill at an hourly rate. It is our belief that this practice serves the best interest of our clients and our firm. Design work in general is labor intensive and the complexities and challenges of design work vary greatly with each project.
